Brush your teeth to stop snacking!
Brushing your teeth right after dinner stops us from snacking. While eating a treat right before bed may not necessarily put on weight, our metabolism does slow down while we sleep, burning fewer calories. So if you must have a little snack, opt for something healthy and light like an apple. read more here

My uncle who is very fit and slim at 50 did this for dunno how many years of his life.. He say this is the best way to stop snacking, and true enough, he is able to exercise self-control.
Actually I did tried this brushing thing before..But I kinda forget about this all the time.. Ok I shall try to make this a habit.
