Calories of rice!
According to the almighty HPB,
1 bowl of Brown rice = 302kcal
1 bowl of White rice = 280kcal
Brown rice has more calories because it has more nutrients and has more fibre. And I heard that 80% of the nutrients in rice is in the husk, which gives you the brown rice you are eating. After removing the brown part only 20% of nutrients is left in the white rice you eat.
I personally isn't a fan of brown rice. I don't like the taste, no matter how nutritious it might be. Taste of white rice is still the best.
