I use to drink only milk for breakfast. But lately I had to drink coffee every morning as I have trouble keeping myself awake and energize for work.
My favorite is the Kopi, coffee with condensed milk. It's only 154kcal for 1 cup weighing 255g. But of course, that is not enough to keep me full for the rest of the morning. I will need another cup of milk. But after I did my calculations, my calories only increase by about 54 for adding coffee into my diet. Not too bad huh.
